Financial Sustainability Testimonials
"I cannot say enough great things about the Financial Sustainability Certification Program and the knowledge Jamie Sabbach, with 110%, brings to the table and offers to our field. During my time with the program, I was engaged to be an active listener, communicator, and learner. I walked away with real-world practical knowledge and understanding to lead myself, my department, and the agency with a better, fiscally responsible lens. Most importantly, I left with the encouragement and power to ask the tough questions, allowing for the best decisions for the community I serve."
Matthew Vanderkamp, CPRP
Director of Recreation
Wauwatosa School District
"I was fortunate to attend the Financial Sustainability certification program in 2024. This training was a great way to have a seat at the table. I walked away with a better understanding of how to manage a budget and how to determine the actual costs of programs. The workbook provided was a great tool to have. All levels of an organization can benefit from this training. Thank you, Jamie!"
Trista Taylor, CPRP, CPO Deputy Parks & Recreation Director
Village of Cottage Grove, WI
"I was so happy that WPRA was returning to the Financial Sustainability Certification Program. It is hard to think of just one thing that stood out about this program. All three days were engaging and gave me hands-on tools to walk away. It also provided an opportunity to talk with other professionals and learn from their experiences or share yours. This is an excellent course for those in leadership positions or looking to get into leadership. It is worth the money, and I will send one of my staff members this year."
Reese O’Malley, CPRP
Recreation & Community Enrichment Director Village of DeForest
