WPRA selects 110%, Inc. to lead Association & Membership Analysis and Strategic Action Plan
.
The Wisconsin Park and Recreation Association is proud to announce that we have selected 110%, Inc. to complete our Association & Membership Analysis and Strategic Action Plan update. The Board of Directors approved the agreement, which was entered into on July 12, 2023, after a thorough review of proposal submissions from WPRA’s RFP No. 2023-03-001 that was posted in February 2023.
.
This process is anticipated to take approximately 15 months to complete and will be conducted in two phases. The first phase, the Association & Membership Analysis, will examine how WPRA can most effectively meet the needs of our professionals through the investment of our human resources and current financial surplus back into our membership. We anticipate the first phase to begin this fall, and it will include and be highly dependent on intensive membership engagement. The second phase of this process, the Strategic Action Plan, will provide an update to WPRA’s current five-year Strategic Plan, which expires in 2024. We anticipate the development of the second phase to be conducted throughout next year with the intention for WPRA to adopt the updated five-year plan in the fall of 2024.
.
Headquartered in Colorado, 110% is a park and recreation consulting firm of former practitioners who advocate for ethical decision making, strengthening leadership competencies, and ensuring the financial sustainability of parks & recreation.
