Job Description

Responsibilities include managing the aquatics program and the aquatics facilities of the Phillips Community Pool. Leadership, organizational, marketing, business management, and instructional skills, and Water Safety Instruction (WSI) certification required. Teaching license not required. The position is a full-time, year-round management responsibility with salary and benefits commensurate with licensure and experience. CPR, First Aid, AED, CPO (Certified Pool Operator), lifeguard certification or willingness to seek certification required.

The Phillips Community Pool, a 19,000 sq ft facility, consists of a competition-size pool with adjacent diving well, wading pool, and water spa.
